hi all can't say I am up to speed with forums but I have a fazer 1000 05 model XJ600 pre divvie 1990 try to do most of the maintenance myself only got the xj to try and do it up myself

Hello everyone. I am a 40 something bloke now living in Scotland though I am from the midlands. Had some sort of Yamaha or other for most of my biking life from a fizzie to a tz 750 and most stations inbetween. Current road Yam is an XT 600 ( no laughing at the back please ) and its the most fun road bike I have had in years cos a> it cost me next to nowt ! and b> cos its just a good old hack and I got loads of spares with it c> the spare engine is going into another project.

hi all iv got two yamahas rxs100 1993.and just brought a rd50 mx. the rd 50 was the bike i always wanted back in 1986 when i was 16 lol but had a honda mt50. does any one know where i could get the belly pan for the rd 50 mx? and they use to make one for the rxs as well? if any one could help me please? the rd50 mx i wont to show it so what are the best shows to go to? thx for stopping by faceman

Hello people, I've been lurking on the site for a month or so looking at threads and thought it was time to sign up and show my face. At the grand age of 32 I've finally decided to give 2 wheels a go and recently took my CBT. I'm now pottering around on a 2001 XVS125 Dragstar and I'm absolutely loving it! I'm sure that I'll have many silly questions as time goes on as I've always previously been car man. /Steve

HI, My names Andy & i ride a Yamaha Virago 535. I started riding way back when i was 14 but stopped at 21 After the kids left home & i got ride of the cage i decided it was time to get back on 2 wheels. Bought a Yamaha SR125 custom, did my mod 1 & 2 then upgraded to my Virago 535 in Sept 2011. Hello, Just an intro to say hi and a bit of back ground (and to say sorry to have been cheeky and already asked for help with my bike!). New to bikes having done my DAS in September. Had wanted a bike for quite a while but couldn't really justify the cost and was focused on another project but now have to commute round the outskirts of London everyday so seemed a good excuse to finally do it. Been in to mechanical things for a while and have spent the last 5 years rebuilding a 1969 ford mustang, which is still a bit of a beater but a good laugh. Have bought a 1998 650 dragstar with the aim of doing a few bits and pieces to it to make it more personal - going somwhat…

Just a quick hello , im based in sunny Cornwall and at the age of 50 ive gone back to 2 wheels , what a job it is to get a direct access ticket , ive bought an old 650 dragstar and just done a few miles on it to see what wanted doing and have now put her in garage and started on it .
