Hi guys. Completely new to forums. I have purchased my first bike. I have gone for the Yamaha XJ6F ABS 2011. Absolutely love it up to now. The only thing I am not over the moon about is the stock exhaust which I'm sure you have heard 50 million times before! Looking at full systems. Ixil XY9355XB to be specific. Its SO rare to find. And can't find it under £500. Anybody got any advice or other recommendations? Would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks. Pri

Alright guys, what's gwarnin'? Thought I really should say hi, I finally signed up to the forum! Been reading on here for a while but never really had a reason to join up. I've had my TZR 50 for about 8 months now, they really are brilliant bikes! So much sexier than the other 50ccs out there, and they don't explode every 30 miles, which is nice. They're pretty rare though, which is a shame, I wish more people could experience this fun! I ride mainly in the city, with busy rush hour traffic both ways, I think I'm getting pretty good at extreme riding, drivers have no spacial awareness, that is for SURE! Getting an R125 in about 2 weeks, really looking forw…

Just thought I would say a quick hello. I am from Abingdon and have been tinkering about with bikes for years . I dont like to keep them standard and always try to do my own thing with them. Panel beater / sprayer by trade. I bought possibly the ugliest bike in the world earlier in the year and after watching a short track race organised by Sideburn magazine , I decided to make my own and maybe use it on the track , starting with the run what ya brung stage and seeing if I had the balls and stamina to go any further . this is it so far , its on the road and now tuned and dyno'd, look forward to meeting everyone also getting help and helping i…

Hello all, Just a quick intro. I just won my first motorbike on ebay this morning (Yamaha ybr 125 '07) and am really excited to get to the seller and ride her home. I've only driven a moped on loan from a college in the past, but a few years later I finally took my cbt and started the bike search a few weeks ago. Now I've got some wheels I'm keen not only to get riding, but to learn about my bike and do as much of the maintenance and servicing that I can, hopefully with the future assistance of some of your sage wisdom. That's about it for now, cheers.

Hi all, I can't believe that Ive never visited here before, as I have a couple of Yamahas, well actually 11 altogether, so I'm often on the lookout for parts, advice, inspiration and ideas! I actually just bought my 11th last week; a 1999 TRX850. and it's actually the 2nd youngest that I have. Youngest is my 2008 MT01, and the oldest is my 1969 CT1. I didn't start out collecting Yamahas, but I suppose it started off with my first one, which I still have. A Cinnamon Brown TX650A built in 1974 but bought from a mate in 1981. Its a slow process of restoration which started many years ago, but it's still in peices... Next one I bought was in 2010, a 2008 FZ1N, …

I bought a 1985 Yamaha TZ 250 N about 15 years ago for 1500USD..Just needed a quick going over and a White paint job..Surprisingly my local Yamaha dealer had an original sticker kit for this Grand Prix bike in Stock..I started the bike once and then put it away..Its interesting to see the value rise..It was not a successful bike as Honda had just released the RS that year..Anyway its a keeper..I would love a TZ 700 but that won't happen....Jeff
