Hi everybody, I need a little help. I bought a Yamaha Virago 125 cc while I was in Germany. It is a great little bike, in great condition and runs like a top. My problem is this: The operaters manual is in German. I picked up some German while I was there but not enough to read the entire book. Anybody have an idea how I can get one in English? Thanks for your help.

Anyone out there from the Pacific Northwest of the USA? I am a dead serious biker. I ride a modified 1980 XS650. I also have a 1998 Triumph Thunderbird Sport. Not interested in posers, wannabes, sneerers or Harley riders with attitudes. Harley riders without attitudes welcome. If you don't know about XS650s or that Triumph is back in business and has been for at least 15 years don't contact this dude. Other than that I'm easy to get along with.

Hello, I'm Sean, going by OrganicMuscle on these boards. I'm a 82' Yamaha XJ550 owner. I've had the bike for a bit, and it's been a ton of trouble. But, it's always been on my life-list to learn how to fix up a motorcycle, so i'm here to learn everything i can. Look forward to reading this forum and soaking some solid wisdom. I'm in SF for the time being ... and i'm quickly getting tired of the bus. Time to fix this bike. - OrganicMuscle

I think I put this in the wrong place first so sorry for the duplication. I bought a YBR250 for my wife after she found the Kawasaki ER6 a bit fast for her and the YBR125 a bit under powered. She loves the bike but feels a bit insecure with only a side stand. The bike has the fitting for a centre stand. I tried Yamaha UK but they were no help. Yamaha Brazil and Colombia either supply the bike with the stand or offer it as an accessory. They call it a Cavalete Central. See their website and see what I mean. Is there any way to get hold of this stand in the UK. It looks so simple I even think it could be knocked up with a bit of steel tubing and a welding torch. Any hel…

Hi, I'm busy restoring a XT250 - 1983 model, but battle to get parts. Our local agents seems not to be interested to get me the parts I'm looking for. I have made a list and although I'm re-building it, I am willing to use alternative spares if the original units are not available. For instance, the rums are looking bad and while I'm looking for ones that are in a better condition, I'm thinking to upgrate the braking system from the normal drums to a disc system. If the indicator lights for the spesific model are not available any more, there must be some other units available that could be used. Can somebody recomend a dealer that are prepared to help me?

HI, I am Phil and live on a small country property in NSW, Australia. I have a 1980 vintage AG100 which I use to get around on the property, and even tow a small trailer. The other use is to gas rabbit warrens. I connect a poly pipe onto the exhaust and insert into an entrance. Cover it over and wait for smoke to start coming out other places. After a while you will find all the entrances which may be over 10 metres away. The carbon monoxide will kill any rabbits.
