hi all! just aquired my first dt125r for a sum of £1400 - she is nice and standard apart from derestriction and full dep exhaust. got to say im happy with this bike, infact i love the dam thing lol nice and comfy - manages to haul my ass around quick enough!! just joined up to pick up some good pointers and also i belive to gain knowledge you must be surrounded by people with experience, sick of taking advice off people who havent even owned one! ill try upload pics but im having problems with photobucket, anyone know of a way to upload images direct to forum or is it not possible?? cheers ken

Hi to everyone. My name is Bernie and I'm a 45yr young male living in Erskine, Renfrewshire(near Glasgow Airport). I purchased a Drag Star XVS125 for my son Kevin a few weeks ago and that is why I am joining this forum to hopefully learn more about bikes to help him out & hopefully get started myself as its such a good looking bike it's made me wanna try it out! I hope this suffices as an intro as I was having trouble viewing on the iPad as it was making the screen go to a massive font size and limiting the area viewed(strange). Hello I have just joined the site I ride a 2007 Middnight star 1300 bought 2008 I live in the isle of Man The bike had 700 miles on when I bought it and the price was excelent I am 65 retired (just) and enjoy the ride thump thump thump looking forward to even more rides, if the sun was to shine that would be a plus gwardy

I just found this site. It looks great. I just acquired an old DT 175. It is in ok shape but the previous owner thought the compression was low. I ordered a manual and can't wait to get started. I have had 10 bikes, mostly dirt, one new bike a 1974 Penton 125. sekocher

I currently have a 50cc scooter but i am doing my CBT at the weekend and afterwards i will be looking at getting myself a YBR 125cc. 50 years old now and just a little annoyed with myself now for not passing my bike test all of those years ago, but then again up to 250cc was ok for me way back then.
