Hello, I am living in Thailand, and now where here can I find any manuals for this new project. It is a total wreck right now! But I would dearly love to bring it back to life. I think its circa 1975, from information I have found here. Now it is completly dismantled,and I found out how much work has to be done! The list is endless, I must be totally insane, but its got to be done, now ive started.Labour costs here are cheap,but the parts seem to be found with little difficulty,so far. But I need the owners manual or any English Information to assist me in this ownerous, but fun project. Can any one of you Guys and Gals help me here? Thanks in advance Graham …

Hi everyone Im thinking of buying an XJ900 diversion. I remember reading years and years ago that they have cam problems at around 40k miles?? is this true or simply not the case? I cant seem to find anything about it on the internet, so i assume this isnt a a common thing. While im here, is there anything else to look for when buying one of these? Many thanks

I'm trying to fill in DVLA formV55/5 but cant find following info:- hc g/km or g/kwh? NOx g/km or g/kwh? power weight ratio (kw/kg)? Euro status directive No ? CO2 g/km ? Mass in service(kg) ? CO2 g/km or g/kwh ? HC +NOx g/km? stationary sound level? engine speed (min-1)? drive-by-sound level (db(A)) ? I think it should be on a log book or COC. Anyone worked on these? They seem pretty simple. A neighbor has one pretty cheap and I may pick it up to have a 2nd. But, the guy says the spark isn't getting any current and is probably a wiring thing. Are coils for these pretty easy to find? I am thinking it could be that or the condenser. I am going to look around but I thought I would go ahead and throw a post up... just run in my dtx 125 07 model. want to fit a dep exhaust system but dont know what size jets im gonna need to get the most out of the dep exhaust, can anyone shed some light on this???????

My IT 465 has now officially worn its second set of shifter forks. Started with 2 bikes neither of which would shift to 3rd. Rebuilt better of the two and found the shifter fork engaging 3rd severly worn in both cases. Also, splined spacer washer between gears torn apart on same gear shaft. Everything else in the tranny was pristine in both cases. I rode the rebuilt bike for a season and had no issue. It shifted well, but I always clutch every shift. Most recently I let a buddy ride the bike and 3rd is blow again. He's ridden & owned lots of KDX and YZ bikes. I know he never clutches on shifts. He's agressive, but not stupid. I have recently bought some stainless hoses and banjo fittings for my XT600E, but need to buy the stainless banjo bolts. What pitch size/thread are the standard bolts? Its an 06 registered, but in reality an 03/04 version. Cheers Dave

i have a 2002 yz 250 had it since brand new rebuilt top end a few times,put a pipe and reeds in it,, i have a noise happpening only when im in neutral,when the clutch is engaged in 1st or 2nd rev bike up no noise wondering if anyone has experienced this ? when bike is in neutral with clutch out it is making a wineing/grinding noise. any help would be greatly appreciated

Help ive got my 1st xt 550 on a plate. It has no lights front or rear.all the wiring is there, i need headlight, rear/ brake light, and no plate. whats the cheapest option and easiest to fit. Im crap with lectrics...any help on where i can get cheap parts much appreciated...
