Hello, I've quite recently bought the bike above and I am restoring the paint to the original paint job. hello everybody, So ive been doing some cleaning up and painting and what not on my bike getting it all ready for this 'amazing' summer that we're meant to be having.. i've purchased some new handguards too just to try and make it look a little abit more agressive which i think they would do, but in order for me to fit them i really need some shortened levers for it. Does anybody have any idea where i could get any from to fit my bike? "/ i've had a shop around and i cant seem to find any anywhere Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Hello guys, i just bought Yamaha DT 125 R 2000 and i can't find whole set of plastics...if anyone know where to get these plastics then send me link please. I want to know if plastics of newest models of DT fit on my DT R made in 2000. Also i want to know if i can fit on DT R any other mask (like KTM have or Husqvarna...) ? Thanks for answers. Hi guys ive only just bought my bike today and its already running strangely. The bike will start up and run with choke off (down) for about a mile and will then cut out every time i come to a stop, and will only start again with the choke on (up) and will run pretty much spot on. Im sure that up is on and down is off or have i gotten this wrong? If not what could cause it to only wanna run with choke on? Do i have to adjust the mixture screw with choke off untill it idles well? Thank and i look forward to any advice

Just wondering what you guys are using for the XT350. I guess 50/50 or so. Been using Kenda 270's front and rear. Any other suggestions? Looking for cheap long lasting tires with some bite. Really haven't had any problems with the Kenda's just wondering if there is anything any better? thanks

Hi guys , my 1st post so here goes ; I love my dt125x its great but ive never ridden it through the winter before, there will be lots of rain, ice and probably snow at some point.. Ive looked into converting it into a dt125r but it seems impossible as forks are different and swing arm is smalller, so ill have to keep it sm So my question is, are there any enduro/supermoto sized tyres out there ? Or any wheels that are enduro that fit the dt125x? My front tyre is 120/70-17 Rear tyre is 140/70-17 Any help on how to stay shiney side up this winter would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hello everyone i am just wondering if anyone has any knowlage about my bike and could help me. I recently bought this bike for very cheap and I found out after a couple days of riding, that when I am riding my bike will rev up really high, even if i let go of the throttle it will stay like this, until i use the back brake to force it back down. I think it might have something to do with the trottle cable, maybe its not sitting back down after i let go of it. Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be and how i could fix it, ask me questions if you need more information. Thanks, Jeff

Hello all. After a long struggle to get my DT back together, I am stuck on the wiring. So far I have everything in place but am unsure of how everything hooks back up. While I originally wanted all electrical working, I am at the point of just wanting it hooked up enough for spark. I do have a wiring diagram but it looks totally confusing to me. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the very minimum I need working for spark. I figure if I can get it running, I can go back later and work out all the other details. Thanks!

Ik had naar de automatische nokken as ketting bijsteller gekeken en die was in orde, maar het rattelen is er nog; er staat 70.000 km op de teller. Heeft iemand ervaring met de handmatige nokken as ketting bijsteller voor de TDM850? (I have checked the factory fitted automatic Cam Chain tensioner and the rattle noise is still present; my bike has 70K km on the clock. Has anyone tried the manual cam chain tensioner on the TDM850?)

I'm getting some led indicators in a couple of days so I wanted to know which of these is the flasher relay. They have the same part number so I'm not sure. EDIT* Just realised it's the one with the lettering on.

Hi everyone. I've just become the proud owner of my first TT250. Only problem I have is that the plastic fuel tank has gone a tad yellow from its white and it bugs me. Does anyone know if an XT250 tank would be a straight swap being virtually the same bike. Happy to buy one from a member but want to be assured it'll fit ok. Thanks in advance Dave Boorer

Hi I am looking at buying a dt 125 r 2003 and was wondering if I have to change the main jet in the carb if I'm de-restricting by earthing the servo and getting a dep expansion pipe and silencer ?? If so what jet size would I need ?? Thanks in advance

Cheers everyone for your help found the speedo wire this morn earthed it to the rad bolts took it out for a spin round the forest roads 80 mph! Can't believe it's just a simple wire was gonna mess around with the ypvs but don't need to now.just gotta get a dep pipe now awesome.

Hi all, I'm trying to determine what the factory fitted to my DT as standard tyres. From a quick look about it would seem to be.. Front 80/90-21 Michelin T63 Rear 110/80-18 Michelin T63 Anybody know if that's correct? Cheers
