Hey guys, New to the site, not new to motorcycles. Been riding since not long after I can walk probably, thanks to my parents owning a Yamaha dealership. I had a great child hood lol. I currently ride a 2007 R6, and previously had a 2000 R6. I also have my old man's 1976 Harely Davidson FLH, his first bike he ever owned. Good for those long rides. Just want to say hey, and keep the rubber side down. Travis

Hi all I am a new member and would welcome any advice or comments about TR1's as I have just brought one. The bike is in exelent condition with only 13,000 miles from new but has a problem with the gear lever not returning to its central position making gear changes difficult. I think it is just the return spring broken or not seated propperly as the previous owner said that it worked properly before he fitted a new starter motor. Has anyone done one of these? Joe

hi guys and girls i am a new member, i have just bought a restored yamaha rsx 100 and i love it and have just found that the brake light is permenanlty on!!! i have checked both switches and it still stays on when they are both disconnected does anyone have any ideas what may be causing it? its driving me mad. i will post a pic when i find out how to do it thanks pete

Ay up people New bird on the block and just popping my head up to say 'ello guys and gals. Been riding for a few years now. Current bikes are a '98 600 Fazer with all the usual pretty bits ...Renthals, belly pan, sport rack, stainless micron system etc..... used to be owned by Alan Dowds when he worked for Ride magazine so has had the tits well and truly thrashed off it by a load of bike journo's....(I like to think it's just been run in well ;-) Also got a poor old '88 XJ 600 that's currenly sitting in the back yard and slowly being eaten by the elements. errrr so...... Hey new guy here just got a 94 seca 2 and joined my family of bikes also have a 2004 GSXR 1000 i turned to a drag bike. Hope to find info around here on it and was wondering if anyone knew where to get the upper fairing for around the headlight as it has a crack on one side. Thanks. Heres the two toys.

Dear All New member here. I have a '81 DT175MX that I've owned from new but has been sitting under a pile of wood in my Dad's garage for the past 14 years. In the next year or so (once I get my garage sorted out) I intend to restore it to its former glory so will be on here looking for hints and tips. Current bike is an XR400R I bought last year after not having a bike for years. Last bike (in the mid 90s) was an immaculate RD350LC. Still curse the day I sold it.... Regards, Fulmar

hello to everyone on here, never used a forum before so will look around when i have time. i'm 25, from pembrokeshire and i love my yamaha.my first bike was an sr125se fully derestricted and i loved every minute on it, i now ride an xj600n (through choice) which may not be the fastest bike but i keep up with gsxr750s and the like no worries on the twisties. i'v riden lodsa stuff like zx10 zx9r(verynice) bandit 1200s cbr600rr buell 1200 and my little xj still brings a smile to my face. came off and broke my leg 10 weeks ago, not nice but first accident on a bike so not to unhappy about it and back on the bike after 3 weeks! anyway look forward to gettin to know some peopl…

Hi Everyone, thought it was about time I registered ,I ve been visiting the site for a long time ,found it quite useful so now Ive registered. My bike is a 'j' reg virago 535 in pearl cream and chrome and is in pretty good condition.It was christened 'The Ladyboy' by my then workforce as it arrived with leather tassles everywhere which made it look a bit gay.Ive no real problem with that but the name stuck although the tassles didnt ,they vanished one lunchtime...probably for the best really. Hi all i have just bought a rd 50 but the engine numbers and frame dont match they are nearly the same the both start with 5L3 do the rd yams have the same frame and engine number if any one can let me know that would be great or if there is a site were i can tell if check what bikes they are off cheers

Brakes twice (Driving it a bit hard I think) Front Disc Drive Belt Clutch springs.
