i'm still here although it's been ages!! me and vikki have got engaged about a month ago, and i'm in the process of decorating the cottage we've recently got. it's a lovely little 3 bedroom in the country with her horses in the field right next to us, and a massive garden/drive. sold my rd still got the gixxer although i've had all the fairing etc fixed so its not going to be a streetfighter, it's actually going to be sold soon as i fancy an old ujm and going back to the basics of what i love about bikes. for transport at the moment i've got a very clean mk2 golf gti which is really handy but i really need to get another bike for summer. anyway thought it was about ti…

Just joined tonight (I guess it was yesterday already) I'm the proud new owner of a 1975 RS100B. It runs like a champ but has a few electrical demons right now. I just wanted to do the usual "Hello!" to the new forum I'm not legal yet so I've been cruising around the cemeteries near my house. I'm picking up parts and pieces now getting her road legal so I can insure it. So I'll have questions eventually (especially considering I can't get my tail light working), but for now this is just me saying HI!

I love it to bits and have spent reasonable amounts of hard earned cash on it. when i was given it i was advised to dump it in the skip because parts would be hard to source!! which they were but it goes like a rocket and iam very glad i didnt dump it !!!! i have a mate off the rd forum with one in derby so i am not alone. Sorry been away for a while on the old banger. Little cruise around Europe. Spain, France, UK, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Andorra, oh nearly forgot Liechtenstein. 9137kms in 5weeks, 400litres of juice. Trouble is my 14month old YP400 has now done 31000kms. Bloody usless these scooters you know. I have just bought a 1996 honda cr125 motocross bike and was wondering what fuel mix ratio i should use. One person said to use 100ml to 5litres and another said to use 125ml to 5 litres. Which is correct and which oils is best to use? Many thanks in advance.

I have a 350 YPVS for over a year had it running once (the night i got it) but it was leaking water so got a set of gaskets last year to strip and rebuild along with a haynes manual, thought i would start today on checking the engine and frame number they match but start 1WT ****** the log book is 8/88 and says declared new at first reg the manual says it should start 31K ****** so dose any one know what i have log book matches eng/frame No Thanks
