I have a 2006 yamaha v star and put the oil relocation kit on it. I had a few leaks at first with the hoses from the kit and got that straight, now I have a leak coming from somewhere up around the oil pan. I can't really tell from where. my question is this.....do you think the relocation kit put undo pressure on the pan to cause a leak? the bike only has 2000 miles.....can anyone help? Johnny.

slid on some ice today and came off my yamaha ybr custom 12 model, scratched the chrome cap on the end of the handle bar on the right and ripped the rubber off the right foot peg, can anyone please tell me where i can buy these parts from please??

I have decided to build my own bike with parts I can get cheap, first thing I need to do if figure out what this engine is, I have kinda pegged it as an R1 but can't figure out what year it is. It has 348cc molded into it and the engine ID# is R1-09409.

I'v just bought a pile of bits a rd250dx 1977 but it has no V5, the DVLA can't issue on frame number but suggested i contact an owners club, Can anybody help the frame no' is 1A2-208814 a silver 1977 model Cheers

Hi, just wondered what people though the value would be on a bike I have. It a 1980 XS250 in black (Mars bar) its in showroom condition and has covered just 3300 miles in its 34 years. I have every Mot, original keys, handbook, tool kit ect. It really is a beautiful bike but I have no idea of its worth as the only ones I can find on ebay and such are ratters. This is pristine, taxed, mot'd and genuinely original. Your thoughts would be much appreciated.

Hi my son recently bought a XT125R 2005 vintage with only one ignition key which he has now mislaid or lost, he has bought a new switch for a 2007 model as the correct year one is £70 dearer in the hope it would fit without too much trouble. We have now found that although they both have 6 wires from the switch , they all go to one multi plug on the new switch but some go to a separate plug on the switch on the bike, does anybody know if its possible to splice and shrink wrap the right wires from the new switch to the old wiring, if any idea of wire colours it would be a help as we have no wiring diagrams.

hello there i have recently purchased a 1979 yamaha rs 125 with front disk brake. i ordered a six volt battery with the same model number as the one in the manual but it is too long, i believe the battery i have is the same as a fs1e. also the serial numbers start and end with * and its number 741 can anybody help me

Hello 👋 I've just got myself a Yamaha XT 125 R (2007) but unfortunately I didn't get an owners manual for it. I would love to own one if anyone had a spare I could buy but what I wanted to know right know is exactly how the speedometer / clocks operate. If anyone has one and could photo a few pages and send them to me that would be a huge help. Thanks guys

Hi I've got a Yamaha YBR 125, havent used it much over the winter, but took it down to be serviced last week. Went to use it last weekend and after about 2h was coming home and the bike kept of stalling when it was in low gear. You can hear the revs drop and then go completely. Ive been reading I should adjust the idle swith but could someone tell me where to find this as I only found the battery the other week! Ta x

Ok folks I have a very poorly Yamaha FZR1000 RUEXUP 1992 for which I need several parts - set of forks, top fairing & screen & tail peice however despite looking everywhere Im not having much luck because on the 1992 model everything changed the forks became upside ones etc does anyone know where i might be able to find these parts OR do you know if you can substitute them for newer / other model parts - help please the sun's running out quick ............. I've noticed an oil leak which has coated the left hand engine cover and my boot with Oil, not had time to investigate yet but does anyone have any ideas where it might be coming from, the bike is 2000 R1. Thanks

this has only just happened recently but My TZR50 is now keeping the oil and water lights on all of the time, iv topped it up with both and there both still on please help???

Hi All, First time on here so firstly, hello! I have an XV535 that is eating batteries and I wondered if anyone can tell me what's wrong with it. I've put two new ones on now and they both just flattened within a few months. The first time it happened I assumed it was because I didn't look after it very well over winter. Since then I've put another one on and it's flattened that too. If I don't ride the thing every day then after about a month it'll need charging. I think it's getting worse too, the last battery lasted about 2 months total and now it's fried. It's also had performance problems for as long as I can remember. Several garages have looked at it…

Hi there people I have recently brought a ybr125 and undone what i thought was something to do with the exhaust manifold and it turns out its something to do with the starter motor, its really hard to describe without seeing it but if you have seen one before hopefully you will know what im talking about, and now i have pulled the item in question out it wont go in. someon please help me
