  1. I would like to know which brand / type of fuel additive you would recommend. It's a 2003 R1 and has done about 16700 miles now and I think it's time to clear her throat. Thanks.

Fuel exhaust have just made me a road legal end can to fit 2002 XT600e, to fit onto a laser Pro Doro system. The difference this has made to the to the performance of the bike is unbelievable pulls much cleaner appears to have more power and no longer feels like the engine is being strangled oh and it sounds like a 600 single should nice bark to it but not to loud. This is the second one off can Fuel have made for me all they need is the size of the inlet you require and they will make it to suit. Excellent service.

Hey all. I'm only getting about 150 miles from a tank of fuel on my 2006 fz6. Is this less than it should be or is it normal ? Cheers...

I have run my bike on Shell V-Power since getting it. I know people will say that it makes no difference, but it does, and the extra 8 pence more it costs than regular fuel is nothing, especially as it only costs £13 odd to fill her up. Anyway the other day I got caught out and had to use a Jet garage. Jet don't even have a quality equivalent to V-Power so I had to put their regular unleaded in. I noticed how different my bike was, it was sluggish and slower and the engine rattled like fuck. It wasn't good at all. I then put some Shell in it and it was okay after a while. It definitely makes a difference buying super unleaded.

Hi guys. I've noticed my bike doesn't have a carb because it's a fuel injection engine. Can someone explain the pros and cons (is this why I can't find a choke?) btw the bike is going really well. I'm finding surprises on it everyday. I'm really impressed with all the quality parts for example the Brembo brakes are amazing, they are nearly too good.

When I went to leave for work today I noticed that all of my fuel was in a puddle underneath my bike. I noticed that it is all coming from one of the pipes underneath my tank. I believe it is the overflow for my injectors but I could be wrong. I am curious what is wrong and how to fix it because it's very expensive and frustrating

Hi All, sorry to ask a daft question but how do you release the fuel line connectors. There are a couple of pads which must be locking devices but I cant figure out how they operate. Not a good start to the valve service I've got planned !!

Evening all With the price of unleaded averaging £1.02 a litre where I live, I was wondering if anyone had any plans to try and get some fuel protests going? Someone on the MCN website suggests boycotting Esso and BP but if they're the cheapest nearest you, it doesn't seem practical to ride / drive further away to pay more. With the extra duty on fuel imposed by the government in October, together with the plans for pay as you ride on the roads and our road fund licences, we're being taken advantage of (in my opinion!). I couldn't make the protest in London in October to lobby against road prices as we were out of the country but if anyone knows of any plans for…

I need to clean tank, change oil/filter, install a petcock then I'll see if this beast is worth keeping. Looks like a project.

  20. Well peeps, what a great day out. Up to Birch services for 7.30am. Already there where about 3-400 bikes. Press, News, Tv etc....and of course the Police. Met up with Goff At 8.00, around 2-3000 bikes had gathered..exact figure...duno. 8.10am...set off down the motorway at around 10-20 mph, using all 3 lanes and a few using the hard shoulder. Yeah we had a police escort... Anyhoo..we got to Man Utd Fc ground and parked up on the main road, blocking all surrounding roads..we hadnt got 2 our destination at Salford Quays yet. After about 15 mins..we got moving again and set off for The Quays. Those that where there....cool ..those that werent..shame you…
