  1. Crikey thats a heck of a high idle, more than I was expecting! BTW have you checked the cylinder head bolts are'nt loose and did you check the carb pilot jet is not plugged?
  2. Not another problem! Milky gearbox oil can mean a bad waterpump seal
  3. Damnn this is an awkward bastard bike, yeah change the plug for a new one thats always a good bet. So it ran ok for a while...no probs at all?
  4. use a dropper and dpip petrol down the hole, it should come out inside the bowl through that little black hole,

I dunno about using an older DTR engine, thing is...your CDI/PV controller will be for the RE model so I dont know what hoops you'll have to jump through to get that to work unless the magneto base plate from the RE happens to fit the older motor. I'm sure it must have been done before though by someone
  12. best case is you damaged the chain and or sprockets worst case is you damaged the gearbox as it only happens in 2nd it doesnt look good does it!

  22. When did that stop people, rd400 front wheel (drum) Not impossible by any means. Apart from finding one, lol nah the brakes arent up to it
