what does "we went with half a tooth advanced" mean exactly, a wearing (stretching) chain would tend to retard the cams wouldnt it? -
we went down in cc's to 125 and made the leap to watercooled, our DT aircooled ended in about 1982 though France had them for much longer (125's)
-
dunno mate we never got them in Europe, you will probably get an answer on the aussie forum
-
its just a jacket DT there is no passage from the jacket to anywhere else
-
you dont need to do any sealing of the heating pipe spigots...its just a heating jacket !
-
Dont be gutted at losing by a single £ Unk, for all you know he bid £20 more than you

all I can suggest if you've been poking around in the headlamp shell, is go back in there and check out connections especially browns and reds ?
-
this is very odd! have you tested the battery...any life in it?
-
so you've got no electrics, no lights, no horn, no starter...nothing?
-
check the new fuse isnt blown, if it is you did something dramatically wrong...dont keep replacing it!
-
squirt a bit of oil in the cylinder you will gain some compression, maybe enough to start it
-
ask foamy if he will sell you one..?
-
very good foamy. you'd fit right in there I reckon
