yeah i can see why its so confusing...still looks like carb to me though. when you stripped the carb can you say without question the jets were clear, ie you saw daylight looking through the bores?

I have use both but I think the PJ1 is more resistant to petrol spills, not that we spill petrol or owt but may be a factor...they both look good to me this is plastikote, I like the satin finish and has been said it's good for exhausts too
