  4. best bet is to strip it down, check the bore, check the piston to bore clearance, check the rings end gap clearance, replace the small end bearing. You will no doubt find the specs in the manual

  9. Have you had the relay connection undone to see if that looks in good shape?

  16. yep..check the compression or at least the bore/ piston clearance and ring end gaps
