Rescuing a DT 125 LC
Ahh thats good, you'll need a lathe to get the new bushes the exact correct length...a great 'cheap' fix I would use 15wt fork oil from what you have said

How the hell do i remove this?
None of your efforts so far have actually given any force rearwards to that baffle! Get an m16 expanding bolt and expand it inside the end of the baffle, then clamp the head of the bolt in a vise and you have something to pull / tap against

Clear coat,,,
dont rush it john, you should let it harden off a couple of weeks, yeah I'd sand it with a wet 1200 grit and soapy water, then T-Cut :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :)

can you see the end of the baffle through the silencer? if you can then tap it out using a length of pipe / conduit etc

Rescuing a DT 125 LC
cant see it being a major problem I bet the DT175MX one is long enough to cut in half and machine to those lengths, I'll check if I can find one I think the plastic bushes will be the same too so if the measurements are OK you could buy a kit for a DTMX
