check the fuel filters, there are fiters inside of the tank, you have to remove the fuel cock, and there is a filter in the carb where the pipe attaches to the spigot on the flat slide models

I see cars jump red lights every day, just saw one on your video too, it's not just cyclists. I was out on my bike the other night...roadworks with traffic lights, no one around so cars were just ignoring them, didn't bother me though Cant see how the cyclist caused the cars to jump the light though, dunno where you get that one from?! Perhaps he was going so fast he kind of sucked them along in his wake eh?

check the connections to the switch, try a wuirt of WD40 etc, see if you can get the message to go...don't even know for sure it's the same for your bike but worth a try. some people would bypass the switch until they get a new one but no way I'm suggesting that you do that, that's your decision alone it could be dangerous if it's bypassed and you forget to lift the stand

yep you have a big air leak and so it wont start unless theres lots of fuel to go with all that air is the throttle closing fully...can you hear the click as the slide bottoms out on the throttle adjust screw?

splines wear is common, you sure none of this movement is caused by that?
