  2. seized drive chain links can do this foamy, have a look at them when they are on the straight run between the sprockets, seized ones will be easily seen here. In my experience a new chain will be the only remedy if it proves to be the case.

    Welcome Sammo, I loiks retro I remember back in 1964 my mum & dad took a public house on, in th old stable of that establishment was a triumph scooter. They gave it away. some years later a Triumph Tiger Cub trials bike took up residence in said stable.

  8. Ask them anyway, like i said thats a drastic remedy and an expensive one too. maybe the carb just wants a good clean. If youre not confident get some professional help with that

  12. Have you considered buying a car? it sounds so bad where you live. It's the worst time of year...Autumn and god forbid someone may also want to ride their horse.

  15. I have to do some work on the old DT, fit a new magneto source coil and time it. Maybe strip down the carb too and fit a new air filter...thats on Saturday so i'm thinking a ride to Matlock Sunday would be in order.

  17. Photo? Have you now damaged the bolt...as in mushroomed it? If a bolt like this wont budge try placing a tube against a solid wall or somethhing, then hit the bolt into the tube.

  24. Same thing happened to mine this year...same bike too The seal in the oil pump shaft had popped out, bought a new one but i'm sure i could have just popped the old one back in.
