    Goodbye

Ha sorry to disappoint you I'm not about to slope off just yet Father put his 3 year old daughter to bed, told her a story and listened to her prayers which ended by saying, "God bless Mommy, God bless Daddy, God bless Grandma and good-bye Grandpa." The father asked, 'Why did you say good-bye Grandpa?' The little girl said, "I don't know daddy, it just seemed like the right thing to say." The next day grandpa died. The father thought it was a strange coincidence. A few months later the father put the girl to bed and listened to her prayers which went like this, "God bless Mommy, God Bless Daddy and good-bye Grandma." The next day the grandmother died. "Holy Moses" thought the father, "this kid is in contact with the other side." Several weeks later when the girl was going to bed the dad heard her say, "God bless Mommy and good-bye Daddy." He practically went into shock. He couldn't sleep all night and got up at the crack of dawn to go to his office. He was nervous as a cat all day, had lunch and watched the clock. He figured if he could get by until midnight he would be okay. He felt safe in the office, so instead of going home at the end of the day he stayed there, drinking coffee, looking at his watch and jumping at every sound. Finally, midnight arrived; he breathed a sigh of relief and went home. When he got home his wife said, "I've never seen you work so late. What's the matter?" He said, "I don't want to talk about it, I've just spent the worst day of my life." She said, "You think you had a bad day, you'll never believe what happened to me. This morning my golf pro dropped dead in the middle of my lesson !"
  8. rob. why not investigate price and availability of the correct cam follower arm?
  9. You will see the nut reference# 90170-06128-00 The first part of the number chain '90170' makes it a hex nut, The start of the second part of the number chain the 06 part means Its 6mm diameter http://www.ytcn.nl/archief/Archief/Yamaha%20Parts%20Manuals%20ALL%201950-1996/SR/SR250H.PDF If you want to test that theory, look at other nuts within the listing and you will see it to be correct as far as diameter goes However I dont know how to relate the pitch of the thread to the number While we're on the subject...with an 'ordinary' screw you can get the length and diameter from the part# But to get back 'on topic' it should be 6mm, not 5mm or 7mm!
  10. This might be the water pump seal has gone
  11. leave the nut on but undo it until it's level with the end of the bolt, place a tube on the other side up against a wall and hit the bolt with a proper hammer, a big one
  12. they are usually 5mm, are you sure about that?...doesnt sound right at all to me so surprised...rightly so by the way...you can determine the size from the part number if you check
  13. Yes and yes, but be careful to never spill fuel on the tank because the laquers dont like the stuff!...I assume you're doing it with aerosols
  14. I would think it will be OK, the same applies to the DTRE when fitting a DEP pipe, just block off the pipe
  15. yeah sort the forks out delmsie, cant help with the wrap stuff, whats wrong with it as it stands then the pics are woefully small. see FAQ's for posting decent pics
