In search of a 125
YBR - Cant speak highly enough of this bike, reliable, easy to maintain/service, cheap to insure and i get about 70mpg from it! Not the most stylish (check the YZF125R and DT125X) but as an all round package for a learner its hard to beat.

gearchange ybr 125
Hi mate, might want to get this checked, Ive had no gearbox problems with my YBR sincei got it and its done 2000 miles now. Maybe just check your letting the clutch out enough when you change down each gear. When i first got the bike i kept forgetting this as its a constant mesh gearbox, and i thought the gears had stuck, Hope this helps

tyres on ybr 125
Hi, I'm also pretty new so not giving advice here! but I've got an 08 Ybr and the tyres have been fine for the 1300miles i've done on it. probably not as good as michellin pilot sportys (which are supposed to be the best) though. I was worried bout the talk of dodgy tires too but from what i can tell most of that was from the previous (06) model hope this is a help

Ybr 125 Fuel Tank
Hi please someone tell me I'm missing something obvious being a newbie! In the owners manual and Yamaha website the fuel capacity of the YBR tank is listed as 12 litres, so how come when i fill it up the needle is on full after about 7-8 litres of fuel is in? Cannot figure this one out unless it has a huge reserve tank which it doesnt, cheers.

2007 YBR125 topbox and tank cover needed
Hi, know this post is a bit old but does anyone know what topboxes are compatible with YBR? Luggage rack looks like it might fit any 'universal ones' but just wondered what ones other people used. cheers
