this is really cool. i have thought about getting an enduro bike for a while already. it's like a SUV of motorcycles and i'm all about SUVs (<--- mother nature cries) i almost bought an Aprilia Pegaso Trail this spring.

i think that gloves are a personal thing, which you need to check out yourself due to physical differences in peoples' hands. go to some gear shop and start trying them on. i have very long fingers and i really have had to work on testing the gloves: gloves with short fingers cut the blood circulation in hands when holding the handlebar for a while. so far i have found some size 12 all-leather 1-layer Probikers for summer and Halvarssons for cold weather.

no, it's not as dull as a pinging knock. i'm running regular unleaded.

gentlemen, my Bulldog has developed a sound like banging 2 thick metal knitting needles against each other. it used to be around below 1500 rpm when warm, now it's audible pretty much through the whole rpm range. no changes in drivability. it sounds like it's coming from the cylinders. what are your experiences? it's the same engine as in 1100 DragStar. thanks in advance.

ladies and gentlemen, i bought a 2002 Yamaha Bulldog ´02 from germany last october, rode it back to estonia in +5C and pouring rain. now enjoying the very first week of spring here, 130 km. loving every minute of it. also own a '93 Suzuki VX800, which is very similar, a V2-engined streetbike.
