hi guys i also ave an 1990 exup and by christ i thought my fzr750 was quick the exup is a completely different bike they are not for the faint hearted as they rip your arms off as the exup opens fully thats if you havent turned the bike upside down. usuall things to look for is blown forks seals, binding brakes. chains and sprockets smoke from the exhaust when reved hope this helps ride safe fzrmad

Hi gothy iv got two fzrs a 1989 fzr 750 and a 1990 1000 exup the only problems i have encountered with mine has been with the calipers. they need regular servicing iv owned the 750 for 4 years and all ive put on that is new c+s brake pads fresh oil every new biking season they are both very reliable machines and a joy to ride. hope this has helped you ride safe fzrmad :rolleyes
