they come with a head gasket kit which you will need anyway. as your asking weather its easy to do im assuming you haven’t done them before having done them on a yzf750 I would recommend putting it in the hands a professional as it involves removing the cams and the head and then you have the fun and games of getting the valves out which without the right tools is bloody hard I have scuffed knuckles to prove it lol. if you put it in the hands of a garage then you know the job has been done to a standard and they can probably do it in half the time you can. all the best Murray

you can but it would involve buying a universal item as the yzf is a cable speedo drive and there is no straight digital clock conversion that i know of. it also involves being confident (or having a trusted mate that is) to fit one as regards the wiring of it because you do have to butcher them about a bit. good luck

sounds more like a problem with your carbs to me, i think its something like 195psi or 185 will have a look tomorrow and post back cant remember exactly what it is off the top of my head

the ignition timing is unadjustable on it (i think) i have double checked the plug caps are in the right order so they are spot on, sorry i didnt say valve timing, still no further with it i have never come across a problem like it

i have a 1995 yamaha yzf750r, i have taken off the head to do the valve stem seals i put it back together with it timed up to the marks and i couldnt get to run so i moved the timing 180 degrees (thought i might have timed it wrong) and it run ok when cold but when i tried to ride it wouldnt run and when restarted wouldnt rev past 1500 rpm once it cooled down i restarted it and it sat and ticked over fine for half an hour or so (reved up fine) then i tried to ride and it died again then when restarted it repeated the previous symptoms what do you think the problem is ? thanks in advance

hiya 41 which there is 2 off is just a fuel overflow attach a pipe to each of these and route it somewhere out of the way (so you dont end up getting fuel on anything hot). number 50 is your fuel inlet . if need anymore help pm me regards

hiya all i was just wandering if any body new if the front brake disk on a thunderace is the same as a yzf750 becausemy front disks are shot and if they are the same it opes up some more options to me. many thanks
