" sounds like the needle height ,- or needle jets need cleaning, these are long brass tubes ,with small sparge holes on the sides, as throttle lifts needles, a regulated amount of fuel is drawn up past the taper of needle. then when throttle is wide open , its main jet that feeds venturi ,
