Yeh arron them dust seals are crap . u can get the propper dust covers av seen them on E-vil Bay. As for a throttle cable , try a YZ or TY . coz there pre-mix models , is the pump goosed?

Well it shud " Roll away in first blurt throttle to say 3000rpm , shut throttle, this will compress forks, then wind on power[ the rebound of forks will help] & up she"l come .. watch and not come over the back.
