    Plasticote rattle cans, decals are a dream to do. with soapy water, allows you to slide them arround, then queeze water out with a spatula, New bearing & seals in Ts Engine, new standard bore, piston pat" you get them small blasters on ebay,,, gonna try it on chaingaurd,,

    Refurbing the TS250, and getting my DT125 paint set ready for the transition, Painted & applied decals myself, Dt125 needs clear coat, Here she was before, note black wheels /bars etc, and the silly white coach line on tank, wheels are being built , new spokes, &rims, not by me this time, too busy,

    Ha a " grouch"o your a scream, [ like the marx brothers.] heres the cheap"o way. you take of fork leg, drop it at garage, 1 hrs work , for u, 1 hr for them,,, Cause " i suspect Wheelies,

    Grouch"o front end needs suspended,wheel off , i slacken fork cap while still clamped in yolks [ triple tree], then yolk bolts. slide offending fork out, loosen fork cap, [ apply pressure as unscrew] keep pressure on as fork spring unloads as cap unscrews. take out spacer& spring, turn fork upside down into bucket, to empty oil. then into vice, [ with wooden blocks] old woodwork vice is best, thers allen screw in bottom , this may need airgun as to spin faster than captive insde fork, then slide out tube, seal will be held by circlip, then pry out auld seal , take care not to damage face, ,, bang in new seal with similar sized socket,,, vall"a..

    Evening Watson" looks like we need Sherlock " there must be a volt Reg, it be a 6 volt system, have you looked under tank, ? My Dt 400 was mounted on frame at airbox outlet,,,, most components will be same as Fsie/ DT, twinshocks, it will be a diode on Rh side of frame below fuel tank,,,
