  14. After you"ve got the timing / key issues fixed, disconnect the Black/white wires from kill switch and ignition. these ground the CDI, Should spark then.

  19. Hi jesse" is it a points model or CDI,,,,,, lets get a spark here first,, or power to cdi. clean ALL connections,, then move to coil, then trim the lead, - new plug,,,

Hi King.P. it will run with knackered crankseals, you say ran for 5 mins , was this with choke on? did it run with choke off ,? you"l not find fuel behind flywheel ,as it will be sucking air in,, Dry plug - defo pllot or choke jet clogged,,, how is the spark,,, oh change the plug , as they can fail when warm,,,if old, And its a Liquid cooled,,,is there a knackered head gasket,,, all these thing need illiminated, U tube will show you a leak down test for crankseals,,
  21. L reg is the last black/ silver in UK, but my TS250 is 1974 ,[ M] i have a black plate, as , On the V5 it says Manufactured 1972. Police tailed me last year , never pulled me,, ,

Yip ray" that jam was Hydrolic lock . seen triples on forum, when the oil pump and check valve pass oil . and when try to start = bent con rod. your on the right track , as them guys said,, What beats me is" the overflow should prevent the fuel entering cylinder , But my old iliminator did the same, smell the oil , it will be contaminated,,,and will be diluted = poor lube,
