    Just a thought , if there no fuel coming out the overflow pipes, have you connected the fuel delivery pipe to the overflow, this would flood straight thru , easy done , as inlet spigot and overflow look similar, or fuel pipe to the vacume spigot, and on prime, will also do this, Did you jam the starter with lock-,,,hope the rods aint bent, ,, take out plugs and ventilate

    Its an easy fix you need to take off clutch the basket & primary gear, pull out old seal , and push in the new,,

    Good news that Edd" is the gearchange a linkage ? my old H2 had 5 down, on inspection someone had cut and welded the linkage,[ for drag racing] I just reverced the weld job, ,,

    Are you holding your toe on gear lever ? remember to release the gear leaver after EVERY change , so it can set-up for the next gear And never ride with toe resting on the lever

    It might be the selector pawl, or a weak spring not returning the pawl/ drum to the correct place, ,its a small job for a Pro, Take it back to dealer if your not compitent to do it, And s the oil level ok, first sign of low oil is stiff changes,

Aye Elliot, when you remove old seals and bearings, take them to your local bearing supplier , they"l read the numbers on them, or measure them,, The only tool av ever used on a two-stroke is a puller type thing to pull the crank into the casing, u-tube has lots of engine build videos, u can make tool or buy it , "Tusk" is makers name,,[ usa made too]
