You don't need to change 2T oil, as its used up,[ totall loss] . change the gear oil every 5000mls,. coolant , every 3 years,

Hi mrc" , , have you built it, [joined cases,] . theyre simple enuff gears, .have you got the side casing on , [ clutch cover,[ as you may have pushed the gear shift shaft thru. and the selector teeth on the pawl slipped out of line, thus as you try to select gear, the pawl jams against the bottom of case,
