Hi max" ,the CDI"s [OEM] are ok, am running the original , i had the Rex speedshop settup. and it failed , [ its him that says the old cdi"s are crap] , i told him it failed ,and his only reply- "weve done an upgraded version" ,so i said trade the old one against one,= No reply, So, back to the carb,,change the jet setter,[immulsion tube] and needle, as if they are worn ,more fuel get sucked thru ,. what colour was the plug ? ,,, Read this. see what i mean , https://yamaha-enduros.com/index.php/forum/performance-improvements/7305-rex-s-electronic-ignitions

Bealach na Bà, is awfull in wet, esp if foggy, i have only seen the top once in 3 trips to Apple-x, , thers a small ferry at Corran ,5 mins and your over to Ardnamuchin ,peninsula from there you can do Isle of mull [ 20mins ferry] , or loop right round to Glenfinnan, viaduct and loch , ,

Yeh even the twinshock is different from the Mono-shock, as the cable enters the cases in different location, i HAVE a N,O.S bottom half [] both cables ] for the twinshock DT400, but am not using it, its worth more in the bag, ?
