gravel crew and Yellow, are some of the best jap built styled bikes out there, bratstyle is huge using jap and american/brit and others, I kinda think they use some steampunk looks buiding into there bikes. my guess would be the kill switch is unplugged in headlight shell, The basic wiring chart is the same up to 79 after that its different, the only difference in the 76 is addition or relocation of warning light crap or safty relays. Do you get elect start if you jump the solonoid? What happens if you kick it?

are you running the orig separate regulator rectifier??? purty simple to wire . I run a simple toggle in mine, im in a small town, no need for keys (hidden kill swtich and most bad guys cant kick start a bike without doing the routine) , Kick only, small battery.
