  1. Yeah, there was a battle between suzukis and yamahas and there are now Suzuki remains all over the garage..
  2. New bars. http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/232504/ http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/250194/ http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/250195/ http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/250196/ Sorry about the shitty quality of the pics.
  3. Here's a dyno chart http://www.bikepics.com/photos/pics/yamaha...pics-204633.jpg. They had measured a standard Fazer @ 75 rwhp. Weird since the crank hp should be 95 @ standard. Yes and i know that crank hp is not the same thing as rwhp, i just thought that it should deliver more power to rear wheel.
  4. Yeah, it's somewhat radical: http://www.bikepics.com/photos/pics/yamaha...pics-199278.jpg Can't see shit but couldn't fit them in any other position. I have a sigma so i don't really need those original clocks, they're there to keep the bike road legal. Oh yeah, ordered a K&N filter also, going to get that dynoed and adjusted next week.
  5. Put the original tail back so i could finish off the Ducati tail. Well, haven't done it yet, maybe later.. Installed the drag bar again, i've cut off 5cm on both ends and flipped the raisers for more leaning position. Have to say i like it. http://www.bikepics.com/photos/pics/yamaha...pics-199091.jpg http://www.bikepics.com/photos/pics/yamaha...pics-199092.jpg

    Fazer spec?

I remember seeing in a german bike magazine that tested it 3,4s 0-100km/h. (Same magazine tested the new FZ6, 3,5s 0-100km/h http://www.motorradonline.de/d/131413/?tem...d_bi_datenblatt) And i've seen data showing 12,3s time for qt.mile. http://www.syclone.freeserve.co.uk/rivals_motos.htm All standard. I recommend downgearing, more fun that way.

    FZ6 or Fazer

When buying a motorcycle, bury the logic, it only spoils the fun. Go for the naked one, don't touch that TDM replica..
  8. Well, here's our pets: Noona, she's a 12 y.o German Shepherd, still quite lively especially in water or snow. http://users.utu.fi/~mijosi/OmatKoirat/Noo...a_lenkilla1.JPG Emppu, he's a 6 y.o Border Terrier. Got him for free from some family that got a divorce. He's our princess. http://users.utu.fi/~mijosi/OmatKoirat/Kuuvassa10.JPG Finally, Nera (named after Aprilia RSV Mille Nera), she's 10 months old and we got it from a dog pound in Tallinn, Estonia when she was 4-5 months old. She's a cross-breed, maybe German Shepherd mix. http://users.utu.fi/~mijosi/OmatKoirat/Paa...huluodossa5.JPG
  9. I just hate those frame ends that are showing. Maybe that arse should be dropped a bit so they would be less pointy. I'm not quite into cutting them off. If the tail piece is dropped then i'll have to cut holes for the taillights. No biggy but still, its now rideable.
  10. One more picture. Maybe after this weekend i have a flat black tank also. (Or then i'll just get pissed) http://predator.bikepics.com/pics/yamaha-f...pics-180409.jpg
  11. Somehow i like the look of that flat black colour.. I have another tank, it's MY 2000 though and a bit smaller, but i could paint that in flat black too to spare the original. Here's the reason why i painted it flat black..
  12. Tried to fit the Ducati tail to the Faz and to my surprise it fits quite good, just need to patch it up a bit with fiberglass. Painted it flat black for starters.
  13. Stripped the rear fairing "just 4 fun", assembled all the mandatory lights etc and did some photoshopping. Looks much lighter, maybe thats going to be the next step. Here's a pic:
  14. Okay, here's something that started its life as an aftermarket ampere meter After some twisting & turning the shite popped out and the sigma fits there "like a glove" Now there's the lighting thing to solve, and somehow i have to make a hole or something so that i can switch between the modes of that sigma.
