Sorry, I have no idea what headstock is. Where is that? Also is the engine number really close to the oil filler? Are these both really easy to find or will i be searching with a torch? Many thanks in advance.

As per my previous post, I am looking to buy a Yamaha YZF600 Thundercat. However where are the Chassis and Engine numbers on this bike? Need to know so that when I go to buy the bike that I want, I can check quickly on the bike and check with the V5 document. Many thanks Kevin

Hi everyone, Can anyone here give me advice on any buying advice whatsoever for buying a yamaha YZF600 Thundercat.? I really want it in black and am prepared to spend no more than £2000. I hae no idea what to look for. I know I cant really buy younger than 2000 reg. What sort of mileage should they have done? Many thanks in advance for anyone who helps me out with this. Regards, Kevin
