    Hi just looked at Yamaha 2007 R1 owners manual, which is pretty useless (says there are 4 headlight bulbs that are each 55W) However from the illustration of the two terminal bulb I would guess they would be H7 types. Hopefully someone who has one of these bikes can confirm this for you
