the fz6 is an inline 4, a detuned yzf engine, what do you mean have to clutch it?

id ring your dealer bud, its a digi rev couter, and some times they are used to relay fault codes, so whatever the revs drop to, means a particular thing, honda have used this in the past, the r6 may not i havnt had any probs with mine so dont know. but its defo not the slipper clutch when u down change ull only drop few revs, exactly as u would without it. as for pulling away fast, just give it the beats, u wont wheelie, not much anyhows, it doesnt have the power till after the flat spot at 6thou, if u fine that intimidating first gear use half throttle, then secon up, use full ull still piss on anything else other than the latest litres, and busas

the newer r6 is on a par with an early r1 for performance, but not an fzr. the fazer just puts u in a comfy position the bars are where they need to be the seat soft,suspension not as stiff, steering rake different, engine de tuned, plus power delivery isnt the same, very different bike to ride, and yes very easy to ride, still quick bike though, the r6 is so focused u have to work to get the best out of it, and unless your giving it the berries, its hard, and leave u aching all over

why dont you think a damper will benefit him?? the first thing the 06 model r6 needs is a steering damper, and that gpr electric on is prob the best u can spend your pennys on, very similar to the oe fit cbr one, the gsxr also has one as standard since k4 so why doesnt the r6 come with one

theres no long exhausts that i know of, that defeats the object, but companys could manufacture one off, we have quill over here who can make custom jobbys, you can get yoshi/akrap/micron cans for the r6 though as for the bike in the pic like the geezer says its an r1, look like an early one, maybe 2000 ish, but it looks heavily modified anyhow

yeah there always up on ebay, i dont like them, and i have a hunch they are gonna be loud, looks unfinished to me, and the normal micron/akrap ect all look like the standard one pretty much

hey guys, i have a an 06 r6 and im after a new exhaust for it. i like the laser gp style one, so was looking at buying it, what happens to the exup valve? and i f i lose that, does it not affect the ride and performance? im only after a slip on, not the system.....thanks for your help craigy

stick with the qualifiers, mate there as good as youll get, awesome grip on full lean, good life too, really confidence inspiring tyres,
