Satellite Navigation on a Motorbike?
I couldn't find any 250cc bikes.... apparently there's no demand for them in England... I would have loved a YBR 250 but no luck Right I wasn't sure if it was allowed to carry passenger with L plate.. imagine I might get pulled over by the police if I tried it! Also.. map reading is OK but I'd have to stop everytime I got to a new roundabout/junction to check direction I am very paranoid about going wrong.

Thank you! Red 125 riders are even better Another q: Have been told it's OK to block out my L plates with a cross of electrical tape but I didn't have any so used brown packing tape. Is that OK? It's just my bf is still learning so I need to leave the L plates on really.

Satellite Navigation on a Motorbike?
I've now passed my test Would it still be a good idea for me to tell the satnav to avoid M-Ways seeing as I do only have a 125? My mum's offered to get me one for my birthday Also, looking at tank bags, would this one be too big: http://www.infinitymotorcycles.com/product...ander%20Tankbag ? Thanks for any replies

I am so crap at direction and get lost even in my own area.. can I get a Sat Nav that is battery powered and has a headset for audio? If there is more than one out there with this function.. what brand would be the best? Are there mounting systems for them so it's hands free?

New YBR - Need to go on a long journey!

New YBR - Need to go on a long journey!
Training centre said better to use their bikes cause of insurance, etc. How much will the first service cost me if I don't have it done at the dealer I bought the bike from?

New YBR - Need to go on a long journey!
OK so basically I am screwed? Both me and my boyfriend are doing 3.5 day intensive courses for our full licenses.. would it be alright to use our bike for this or is it better to use the school's? (Just thinking that that would get our mileage up considerably)

New YBR - Need to go on a long journey!
Well I'd have to do 20 miles a day to get up to 600 in a month.. I don't think I can manage that as I do work...

New YBR - Need to go on a long journey!
I've just got my YBR today and I know I have my first service at 6 weeks.. unfortunately I'll be back at university by then, but there's another problem. Manual says don't take revs over 6000 before you've done 600 miles... I'm going to need this on the A roads down from Surrey to Southampton at the end of this month... Will I really damage the engine if I do this? Also I'd need to run it back up here to get the dealership to do my first service... Any help would be appreciated.
