Dunno what the proper name for the road is, but I like the locally known "seven bends of death" on the way out from Caversham (Berks) towards M&P's in Oxford. And to top it off theres a cafe next to M&P@s to make it worth getting there.

Just got back from a short holiday on the south coast...... Apart from the usual games of dodge the old lady in the Honda Civic, found that the ride from Burton Bradstock to Weymouth is an absolute must for anyone riding in the area of Weymouth. Try it....you might like it!!!!! By the way the Swan Inn at Abbotsbury is biker friendly to the point where the owner actually wanted to talk about my machine ( sorry but rare round these parts, usually bikers are seen as the easy rider rebels that will start fights at the drop of a hat ). Any one else found a nice run with nice stop offs??

I Usually ride with 2 friends ( when not commuting to work ) and one is on a Ducati 750 SS the other is on a GSXR 750. They kinda always blow me away in the straight bits, but I keep constant and take the right lines in corners and always catch them up in the twisties........we pre-plan routes and agree to an ETA for each man....If one is more than 5 mins late then we go back down the route and look for them. Sounds like a pain, but I prefer to know that I and my mates will return home safe to their families after a good day out

Is it 'cos i'm english or is letterman over rated???? BTW Mr T was cool for me cos he used to spar with Mohammed Ali......to do that makes him either as hard as nails or as mad as a hatter....either way for me he's a legend, but recent photo's in the British press show him as a thinner old man and i had to look twice to realise it was him......damn shame how my childhood idols all seem to be walking SAGA adverts

I use the ntl BB at 150k, does what i want when i need it and only 18 per month unlimited, ideal for the sad life i lead spending 6 hrs plus per day trolling the net.

I was gonna put my two pence worth in here about the cruisers, but my councelling is going really well with yamahead and I now can no longer express opinions on harldy dangerous motorbikes

In this case axl i'd say up yours and go find another garage........if you were near me i'd say use mine, i dont charge, i just like to piss my neighbours off with as much bike noise as possible A mate of mine and I fell out not long after i dipped outta school and went to work cos he borrowed something and denied he had it..........12 years later he Emails me off Friendsreunited and he's returning the item this weekend. Silly how we do things and live to regret how we do them.....Think hard about it...them tell him to go forth and multiply

Sorry to hear about ya friend......as all others say May they R.I.P We have a saying where we work when someone buys a new bike that none of us can afford to buy flowers so ride properly......Shame a friend of mine didnt understand what it meant when he went from his DT125 to a GSXR750.......We miss ya mate and things like this just remind us all that we need to look out for US first and other road users second.

I never notice any noises on my divvi, but then I ride with Tractor Boys (see I am Changing over ) and Ducati Riders so I can even Hear meself think.

cant say i'm overly keen, but hey dont knock the guys they are trying to see what does and doesnt work. 10/10 for effort but 5/10 from me for actual appearence.

Ok my technical knowledge of machinery is well next to basic........ok ok its crap but hey I don't deny it I need to know whether its cheaper to make gaskets from the paper they sell or are you better off spending more to get the prefab stuff. I dont have barrel loads of cash to throw at my bike and need the cheapest and easiest due to suffering from CFS ( chubby finger sindrome ). Any comments welcome

Got a quote from carol nash for £149 for me divvi......played them off against bennets ( both were quoting from eagle red star ) and got it down to £97 .......... Play hard for insurance and get what ya deserve, not what they wanna give you!!!!

the millie was a nice ride, but being short in the arm and long in the gut......damn it got uncomfortable after 15 mins

In terms of insurance companies John they dont care if you've been riding in the time you've had your liscence or not. I would say that if they did then half of the weekend riders wouldn't scrape together a years experience .
