Dunno if they can help but a good company for electrical items (an they carrie quite a few for the cruisers at half the Yamaha prices is a company called Electrics 0149 1682369 they may be able to help with the plug.

I was wondering if anyone can help. I have a Dragstar 1100 which blew it's regulator two months ago, when it blew it fried the lot, gen, CDI unit, fuel pump, speedo, lights and batterie. £1500 later bike back on the road, now six weeks later the dam regulator has blown again, luckily I recognised the smell and stopped so this time only the regulator and batterie have blown. Has anyone else had this problem as both myself and the mechanic are baffeled as to why it should blow again as the whole system is now brand new with bonefide Yamaha parts? Any suggestions would be welcome. My direct email is [email protected], or post on here an I will check.
