  1. .............and your bike is........................?
  2. They won't make the same mistake again, so stay in large groups and they can do nothing.
  3. I have an R1 powered chain saw.
  4. Looks like the clutch doesn't like it. The rear wheel should be free to turn so if it isn't, file the leading edge of the shoes down until it turns freely.

It is important to find out what has happened to your bike. Check all of the front including the head bearings and then start looking at the back. Check the swing arm bearings and wheel etc.
  6. The symptoms are a classic rich cut. Too much fuel too quickly. Carb service is due.

    Use red nail varnish.

You need to check the compressions of all the cylinders to find out if there is a problem.
  9. You will need to flush the tank out and before starting, oil the bores through the plug holes. Good price and good luck!

    Looks like a cafe racer!
  11. You have dirt in the main jet of the carb. It is probably in the float chamber as well. You need to clean the carb out fully and probably the fuel tank as well.

It's more important not to load the engine ie low revs. The rpm limit is the easist way for manufacturers to get people to run in the coatings on the bores.
  13. I see no reason that any of the above cannot be done. Just how much money were you going to spend?
  14. I note that none have claimed for a motorcycle to get to work.
  15. You need to fully overhaul the carbs.

  17. It is fraud and they will get away with it. If they don't get away with it, a lot of civil servants will have to be prosecuted as well.

    Is it damp?
  19. Did you remember to switch the ignition on?
  20. You would gain more by turbo-charging the 125 cc bike.

I think the slides in the carbs are lifting too fast and causing the mixture to lean out too much on initial acceleration. Or it could be that one of the jets is partially blocked
  22. Have you made sure that the earths (ground) is good?
  23. The earthing bond is no good (ground) redo this and the battery connections. Also check the battery voltage as this has to be greater than 12.5 volts. The alternator should put out a minimum of 14.2 volts and make sure the spark plug leads are very clean along their length. If the points and timing are correct, and you have done the above, it will start easily.

You cannot correctly gauge the compression of an engine by hand cranking. The result will always be low. You need to follow the manual or wait until you have driven it a few miles.
