My brother-in-law has a 2000 Fzs fazer 600 and needs to improve the headlight bulbs. He doesn't want LED. He has looked at Osram. I tried the 150% brighter version on my XJ6s, but the plastic lens got really hot, so I've reverted to 5000k 55/60 H4. If anyone has any ideas for the Fazer, it would be appreciated. I have attached a pic of the Fazer's headlights.

I've just bought a 2012 XJ6 S, which a great all-rounder. It has the detuned R6 engine, but still shifts. Really comfortable, good around town and loves the open roads. I've got the half-faired version. Worth a look..

Here's my XJ6 s 2012 I bought recently. Only 1,750 miles on the clock! It's a great ride, excellent condition really comfortable and pretty quick. I think I'll be keeping this one for a while...

I did read that about the halogen lens reflectors not being suitable for led bulbs in most cases. It would be interesting to hear from anyone who has fitted them. Jules.

Thanks for the info. I don't think the v-stars have canbus, but I will look into it further. I have been looking at complete headlight lenses LED replacement kits but I think it might spoil the look(?). Thanks again, Jules.

Hello, I am thinking about replacing the headlight, parking, indicator and tail/brake lights bulbs with LED ones. Has anyone else tried this and had any problems?

Sorry, I forgot to attach some pics. Recently rebuilt the carbs. Now running really well, also fitted a tacho and voltmeter meter.
