Hi not a Yamaha owner, but asking here on behalf of a friend. ‘E’ reg YSR50. Has been garaged for at least 30 years after the owners son sadly lost his life after coming off bike with a friend aged just 17. (Not this bike). So has sat in garage ever since due to emotional attachment. But he’s moving now and can’t take with him. Had a look at it today and it says 20k miles on clock. Is rough but may be something someone would want as a project. is this something that you’d think would be wanted? Obviously needs full restoration. Owner says they aren’t many in the country (or at least not at the time of purchase, which was 1989).
