Hi,replacing head bearings is a straightforward job,should take at most a mornings work,if you are a bit mechanical thaty is,parts should be a few quid,about twenty if you go for the tapered bearings,where abouts in uk are you? cheers Buzz

Hi.all,just got me a 1982 xj400,superb little bike!!! Don`t know diddly about them though,so may be asking quite a few questions in the future!!!,Hope you`re all a friendly and patient lot!!!! I can`t seem to find a service manual listed anywhere,Haynes or Clymer,so any info would be gratefully appreciated. Many thanks Buzz(U.K.)
