Good day Guys an Girls Hope all are well. I am Tony Laranja from South Africa. I recently bought a 92 Yamaha TDM Twin 850. Now my question is this. Is it a rear collectors bike? Reason fo asking is as follow. 1. I surfed the net an tried to find one just like mine but no success. 2. Why I say that? Mine have the single sided swing arm at the back with a back mag wheel almost the same as some VFR's. 3. After consulting with the only 2 owners before me...they confirmed that the bike is in the original state like when bought except fo the obvious aging on the bike an that nothing has been modified or changed except fo the exhaust system. An the seat that I had re upholstered. So will any one please be so kind to advise me on this as that there are alot of people asking me to sell it to them an it makes me suspicious. An alot of people also told me that it's a rear collectors bike. I would really appreciate if any one could help me on this.
