  1. Hi just returned for a run out done about 250KM on my Dragstar 1100 & noticed a slight oil leak from the front of the engine. Not cleaned the engine & checked exactly where it si coming from but it look like its either the head gasket or from the plate behind the exhaust front pipe at the front of the engine . My question is is the head gasket prone to leaking ? the bikes only done 33,000 KM ? Answers to ease my fears. Is the head gasket a difficult job to replace on the front head please? anyone help ? hope so cya Bill
  2. Hi i have Dragstar 1100A 28500k on the clock, it seems to have developed a humming from the transmission , I can't feel any play or roughness & apart from the hum it ride perfectly . Trans oil changed & level ok . I have been told it is quite a common thing on these to have a bit of noise from the transmission ? it that correct please ? thanks Bill
  3. Hi i have a 2006 Dragstar 1100A , i live near Alicante airport in Spain. I am 67 yrs young , well i feel young when I am out with the lads. I ride out with three bike clubs in Torrevieja avaerage about 500k a week . If any of you guys find yourself in Torrevieje whilst on holiday give me a shout as I know you will be welcome to ride out with us ,& we know some really great routes with fantastic views & bends .
