    The hose in question is the one I'm holding in my hand. Runs from the bottom left of the oil tank as looking at the picture. Thanks!

    Hey all new guy here from Kansas, USA. I have a 1977 Yamaha Chappy LB80 that I just found in an old barn. I know it has been run within the past 2 years. In the process of cleaning it up I have found a hose that I am not sure where it connects into. It looks a vacuum hose coming from the top of the oil tank. I'll post a picture here in a little while. Thanks! Ryan
