Guys i am old 68 in 2 months but on bikes im 18 again

Can anyone tell me the amount of oil that goes in front forks of 86 fzr 750 genisis.

Hi im an old newbie to this site have FJ 12OO, much modified,FZR street fighter and FZR 750 5 valve genisis, among 18 other bikes mostly honda. with a couple of zxr 400 thrown in.
