Thanks to all , it is on a nova so all duty and taxes paid , I have certificate for this . I was told I have to have insurance and mot before they will issue an age related plate . I would prefer a full mot so I need electrics sorted . I want to put an ignition switch on as well, is the electrical work something I could do ?

Thanks for the welcome I've just bought a 1984 it 200 and I'm getting ready for mot , it's a California import so would be thankful for any advice on what's required ie brake lights hi beam ect as it doesn't have any of these thanks
