I've got to change the address on it thus need to find the right VIN to satisfy the DVLA as they want a 17 digit one

Hi all, I've had to apply for a new V5c for my RXS100 due to losing the original in the move. I believe I have found the VIN 31J-011569 however, this dosent seem to be liked by VIN checkers. Advice?
