I've never heard of an allen bolt on these before, they're all pin and clips. I think it's a non standard part bodged from a different bike. Just get the standard pins and slot 'em in.

Love the Tampa/ St Pete's/ Clearwater areas. Been to Bikeweek three times - missed it this year though

My last experience of Silverstone was also in the late seventies early eighties. I'm quite surprised that the GP is moving to be honest, and yes if the access facilities are still the same, it will be a nightmare getting in and out. Good circuit though.

The kill switch does play up on FZR1000's. Try spraying it with WD40 as it may have dampness inside if it's been stored. Not many other things to go wrong really as these are reliable machines.

Ridden the circuit a few times on my road bike. Need balls of titanium to do those speeds with walls and trees everywhere. Forget any other type of racing, or even any other type of sport - these guys are REAL HEROES.
