Would an 1990 fzr600 be considered as a classic? Don't necessarily mean for insurance purposes.just wondering how others see it as in my opinion is one of the original super sports
  7. Mate had one from new was def twin shocks ..does yours actually have mono or just the fixing? Seem to remember ty being very small compared to the dt.....
  8. Maybe try tracking down some parts prices etc could be the decider.rare bike hard to find if you do buy could it be broken for a profit? Again price the parts first ....just a suggestion.

The taps on these bikes use a black plastic tap that sticks out horizontally about 3 inches (imagine a key fixed to alloy casing) unfortunately this is just under the frame and is usually snapped off when tank is removed.was hoping the more common small alloy type would fit.housing is basically rectangular about 5cm long 43mm between screw holes two filter tubes different lengths (main, reserve).
