to check PV turn bike on and PV will set to neutral , take off left side cove place 4mm drill bit in the pulley slot and the hole behind then adjust the cables so it returns to this position when ignition is switched on and off

Id leave it at 240 i tried up jetting all it done was bog the plug was black, once i went back to 240 it flew

the main jet after 2000 changed to 240, with dep pipe id try a 250 or 260 as you said its fine with choke which tells me needs more fuel

it does on one of the barrel nuts

all done, manage to find a 3 wire servo on ebay,plugged straight into the loom and with the pulleys and seals from yambits was easy a lot easier to ride
